Kaminicreations is committed to maintaining high-quality standards and careful craftsmanship in every order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products are eligible for exchange only in case of size-related issues, within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact and the product has not been used or washed.
  • In case of a defective product, it will be inspected at our workshop and exchanged accordingly.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Important Instructions:

  • For damage or quality issues, please share clear images of the defect.
  • Ensure that all original packaging, tags, and labels are intact; otherwise, the exchange request may be rejected.
  • For size exchange requests, mention:
    • Purchased size
    • Issue faced
    • Required new size

NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been sold.
  • As most products are made-to-order, each piece is crafted specifically for the customer. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic Delivery (India): 12–15 business days
  • International Delivery: Up to 20 business days
  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping across India
  • International Orders: Shipping charges apply

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery (in case of damage or wrong product).
  • Approved replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will be considered successfully completed, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
